Five dining halls with five cuisines around an indoor pool, in one building with one service line.
About the project
The brief and the answer
The central hall wraps around the pool under a timber-beamed roof and stone walls, with tables at the water’s edge.
The challenge was a distinct character per hall while keeping one kitchen line and one service flow.
